My Strong Advise - Stay well clear of these clowns. My quad was in there being fixed and still not fixed after 9 months charged for parts and no result quad not fixed. fking useless!!

DO NOT, I repeat "DO NOT" , took an ATV in to diagnose engine misfire, changed fuel pump and it still has an issue that they supposedly cannot fix unless the ATV gets a service. Problems to date: - Misdiagnosed engine misfire and charged excessively to replace the fuel pump which was not the problem. - Took 4mths to diagnose and replace fuel pump, still has not fixed the problem - No call backs or updates, they said they would - Ghosted when I was asking about status of parts or repair - No customer service, lots of broken promises and no follow up. - Expensive parts. - Would not release ATV for testing until bill for fuel pump was paid in total - They advised that they could not fix misfire and I have to take it to the now Canam dealer - On collection of unfixed ATV, it still doesn't run, parts are missing off ATV and when raised with manager, he started yelling, swearing and blaming everybody except himself. Basically cost me a heap of money and ATV is worse than when it went in.

Great communication, reasonable prices for the work they do, great service and a good job on the parts manager keeping everything organised 👍
